Full Description
Responsibilities of the Role: • Work with ADFLOW’s Technical Services Team to help in the diagnosing and servicing of network problems and provide customer service. • Manage a distributed network of internet connected devices • Remote problem solving to resolve any issues with the delivery of technical services to the network. • Execute service requests in a timely manner in collaboration with project management and technical support teams. • Manage in-coming service and support calls
Requirements
Qualifications • Diploma in a technically related discipline • Valid driver’s license Character• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively • Must be a self-starter • Experience in working with and desire to contribute to the success of all teams Proficiencies in: • Internal service tracking systems • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx on-line shipping protocols an asset • Phone skills • Ability to diagnose and configure basic network equipment (routers, switches) Additional Assets • French would be an asset
